Role: Respiratory Therapist Assess patients to determine appropriate treatment types and frequencies, develop care plans based on diagnoses, and implement and monitor these plans and equipment. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, perform advanced respiratory care modalities, and evaluate practices, medication administration, and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and families about health conditions and available community support programs. Respond to emergency resuscitation team codes.
