Overnight Operations Supervisor Reports to: Director of Hotel Operations / Chief Engineer. Position is non‑exempt. Full‑time. Location: 861 Sunshine Rd, Kansas City, KS 66115, USA. Duration: 12 months. Shift: Must be able to work all shifts (Days: 5:45 AM – 6:45 PM / Nights: 5:45 PM – 6 AM) and every other weekend. Job Summary: Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials receipt, storage, and shipment. Ensure processes are compliant with established procedures and safety regulations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet operational goals. Manage the physical manipulation of mail and small parcels within the distribution center. Execute policies and procedures necessary to maintain efficient workflow. Direct team workflow each day, serving customers and ensuring timely operations. Implement improvement initiatives to enhance performance, productivity, and efficiency. Qualifications Knowledge of the Less‑than‑Truckload (LTL) industry and hazardous materials regulations. Understanding of DOT rules and regulations. Experience in manufacturing operations and/or 3PL operations. Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate operations at a data center. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation: $20.00 hourly. Preferred experience: manufacturing operations, freight operations, claims operations management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
