If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of managing people, timelines, and budgets, this is the opportunity for you.Benefits include free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, 401(k), bonus based on performance, company car, and competitive salary.Responsibilities:Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and develop accurate project estimates for restoration and remediation workPrepare and present detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating softwareServe as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleMonitor job site progress, quality control, and safety complianceDocument project scope, changes, and updates accurately in job management systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and property owners to drive repeat businessRequirements:2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related project management/estimating roleProficiency with Xactimate estimating software strongly preferredStrong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation processesExcellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindsetProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based environmentSERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across the region.
