Vehicle Window Tint Installer

Location: Elwood, IN

Pay: $17.00/hour + 20% Commission

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Summary

Summit Staffing is seeking an experienced Vehicle Window Tint Installer for a growing automotive manufacturing and customization company in Elwood, IN. This position is responsible for professionally measuring, cutting, and installing window tint on a variety of vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, bubble-free installations and has experience working with various window tint films and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install window tint film on vehicle windows.
Ensure all tint applications are free of bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections.
Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to installation.
Work with a variety of window tint materials and installation tools.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow manufacturer guidelines and company safety procedures.
Assist with additional vehicle preparation and finishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience installing automotive window tint is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and apply window tint film.
Experience working with various tint films, tools, and installation methods.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
English language skills are preferred but not required.

Benefits
