AI Ethics SME with Security Clearance

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC is looking for an AI Ethics SME to deliver innovative solutions to key federal clients. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and provide high‑level professional solutions to complex problems. Qualifications Active TS with SCI eligibility. Minimum 8 years of related IT experience, including at least 5 years in artificial intelligence. Minimum 2 years of disciplinary experience in cybersecurity, human factors, ethics and policy. Minimum 2 years designing and running Responsible Artificial Intelligence (RAI) tabletop exercises. Minimum 2 years conducting RAI gap analyses for the DoD and scoping courses of action and projects to address DoD RAI capability and process needs. Bachelor’s degree in Applied Ethics, Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Data Ethics or a related field. Master’s degree in the same or a related field from an accredited university.
