Pay: $40–$50 per class
Schedule: Part-time / Flexible Class Schedule
Interview Availability: Thursday, Friday & Tuesday

We are looking for  energetic, reliable, and experienced fitness instructors to join our studio community in Colton, CA. We are currently hiring for  Barre, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates instructors.

We are seeking instructors who are passionate about fitness, love working with people, and can create a welcoming, motivating, and professional class experience.

BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Pay: $40 per class

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Barre classes for participants of all fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper technique, alignment, and safe movement.
• Provide clear verbal and visual instruction throughout class.
• Create an energetic, welcoming, and motivating environment.
• Modify exercises for different fitness levels and physical abilities.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence that reflects the studio’s brand.
• Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled class.
• Help create a fun, supportive community for members.

Qualifications

• Barre instructor certification required.
• Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience required.
• Strong knowledge of exercise technique, alignment, and injury prevention.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic.
• Excellent communication and instruction skills.

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Pay: $40 per class

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct Mat Pilates classes from beginner through advanced levels.
• Demonstrate proper Pilates techniques, breathing, alignment, and form.
• Provide modifications and progressions based on individual fitness levels.
• Ensure participants exercise safely and effectively.
• Create structured, engaging, and challenging class programming.
• Motivate and encourage members throughout class.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.

Qualifications

• Mat Pilates certification required.
• Previous Pilates or group fitness teaching experience required.
• Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, alignment, and modifications.
• Excellent communication and instruction skills.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic.

REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Pay: $50 per class

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct Reformer Pilates classes for varying experience levels.
• Demonstrate proper Reformer technique, alignment, and equipment setup.
• Clearly explain exercises, transitions, resistance, and modifications.
• Closely monitor participants to ensure proper form and safe equipment use.
• Provide modifications and progressions for different fitness levels.
• Create challenging, engaging, and well-structured 50-minute classes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional studio environment.
• Build relationships with members and provide an encouraging class experience.
• Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled class.

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates instructor required.
• Previous Reformer teaching experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention.
• Comfortable teaching groups with varying experience levels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic.
