Officers demonstrate exceptional customer service while providing assistance with disruptive incidents, emergency services, personal protection and traffic/parking control. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school graduate or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Two to three years in a security role, law enforcement or military background. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Requires the ability to obtain, and maintain, appropriate state license/certifications for this position. Level II Noncommissioned Security Officer with the Texas Commission on Private Security within 60 days of hire Must maintain a valid state driver’s license. Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) within 60 days of employment or transfer date into the department
