Quick Facts: Location: Russellville, AR (1808 West Main Street) Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing, based on project needs Shift: Clinic 4 days/week (8 am – 4 pm), in-house call 1:4 on weekdays, plus weekend coverage (Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am) Hours/week: Approximately 40+ hours Employment Type: Contract / Locum License/Certs: Arkansas medical license, PALS, fetal monitoring certification Experience: Experienced OB-GYN physicians, preferably with IMLC recognition and quality letter Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (not indicative of total compensation; pay package discussed upon application) Benefits Offered: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success What You’ll Do: Provide clinic-based OB-GYN care 4 days per week Manage overnight and weekend call coverage Perform routine and complex gynecological exams and procedures Support prenatal care including fetal monitoring Conduct on-site ultrasounds and non-stress tests (NSTs) Collaborate with NPs and in-house lab staff Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Maintain documentation and patient records accurately Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives What You Need: Required: Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain PALS certification Certification in fetal monitoring Experience with OB-GYN clinic and hospital-based care Ability to provide call coverage (night/weekend) Preferred: IMLC recognition or equivalent Quality Letter on hand Prior experience working in a hospital-based OB-GYN setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Russellville, Arkansas, committed to delivering exceptional women’s health care.
