Leading production control and database administration operations, the full-time Mainframe Production Control DBA will ensure the stability and performance of batch processing and job scheduling in a fully remote environment while managing teams that support critical Medicaid systems. Key responsibilities Oversee claims configuration, provider setup, and adjudication logic to ensure efficient execution of business solutions Drive standardization and process improvements across the configuration lifecycle to enhance quality and operational efficiency Manage financial and operational performance, including budgeting and cost optimization, while ensuring SLA adherence Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in mainframe operations, production control, or database administration 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical or operational teams Strong knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS) and batch processing tools (e.g., Control-M) Experience with enterprise database platforms, including performance tuning and security management Proven ability to manage operational processes in regulated, high-availability environments
