Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Pay & Benefits:
- $2,240-$2,310 per week (based on experience).
- Weekly direct deposit.

- Contract for the full school year, with potential renewal for 26/27 SY.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Audiology.
- CCC-SLP certification in the State of Illinois.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement required.
- Full-time (35-40 hours/week).
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across grade levels.
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise or consult with support staff as needed.
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems when appropriate.
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires growth.
- Supportive leadership and dedicated school-based team.
- Manageable caseloads and access to materials and resources.
