• Connect with Warm Clients: Speak with interested individuals who have expressed a desire to diversify with gold, silver, and rare coins. (No cold, blind outreach!)

• Consult & Educate: Build authentic relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and guide them through our premium purchase options.

• Close Deals & Crush Goals: Continuously develop your sales skills, overcome objections, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.

• The Right Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and positive individuals who love to win.

• Communication Champions: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. You should love talking to people on the phone.

• Coachability: A strong desire to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve your craft.

• Experience: Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but  not required. If you have the drive, we have the blueprint.
