Scooter's Coffee is seeking an Amazing Assistant Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. If you have a passion for coffee, customer service, and leadership, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring Amazing customer service.
- Train and mentor Amazing team members to uphold Scooter's Coffee standards.
- Manage inventory, track sales, and meet financial goals.
- Create an Amazing work environment by fostering teamwork and positivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in an Amazing manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the coffee industry or retail management is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for making and serving Amazing coffee.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering an Amazing customer experience.
