**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Cart Retrieval:** - Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and other designated areas throughout the store premises. - Push or pull carts to designated cart corrals or return areas, ensuring that they are organized and stacked neatly.
2. **Cart Maintenance:** - Inspect shopping carts for damages, defects, or malfunctioning wheels, and report any issues to management for repair. - Perform minor repairs or adjustments to carts as needed, such as replacing wheels or fixing loose handles.
3. **Parking Lot Cleanup:** - Remove debris, litter, and stray items from the parking lot area, including trash, empty boxes, and abandoned carts. - Sweep or power wash designated areas to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
4. **Customer Assistance:** - Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles or returning carts to the store entrance. - Provide directions or guidance to customers looking for parking spaces or other store amenities.
