Associate Attorney

Join our firm and become an integral part of our thriving law practice today! Our attorneys do far more than just research and paperwork. You will be a valued member of our litigation practice group responsible for all aspects of litigation. Ideal candidates will have experience/knowledge in business/commercial litigation, life/health/disability, ERISA and or employment litigation all highly desirable but not required. You will work closely with partners and senior associates and will be responsible for a variety of duties including: Drafting pleadings and motions Preparing and reviewing discovery along with brief writing Conducting legal research Managing client commutations Prepare for pre-trial activities and assist in trial preparation Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience Knowledge and passion of litigation JD from accredited law school Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with legal research and writing of pleadings Firm will consider someone who is currently waiting for their admission to the Illinois State Bar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
