Data Management Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, SSIS, PowerBI, MongoDB, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), combined with excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and data architecture skills. This role is responsible for managing data requirements, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and delivering high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage Operational Data Store (ODS) reporting and data requirements. Document PowerBI project requirements, roadmap planning, and reporting data delivery. Analyze raw data, manipulate, cleanse, and process it using SQL. Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible, actionable formats. Deliver reporting and dashboarding projects to meet business needs. Manage projects with strong project management skills, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Conduct requirements gathering, prioritization, and customer relationship management. Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams to deliver solutions effectively. Required Technical & Functional Skills Strong proficiency in MS SQL, SSIS, Power BI, MongoDB, and cloud services on AWS or Azure. Experience in data architecture and designing data solutions. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Ability to analyze, manipulate, cleanse, and process data efficiently. Solid project management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across onsite and offshore teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
