About the Role:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our ortho patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by making the financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments + manage the calendar
• Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way
• Help with insurance + financial arrangements
• Work closely with our orthodontists + team for top-tier care
• Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness
• Educate families about braces, aligners, and more
• Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma (bonus points for dental/healthcare studies!)
• 2+ years experience as a dental or ortho financial/treatment coordinator
• Strong knowledge of insurance + financial planning
• Availability to work on weekends
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Experience with dental terms + patient management software
• Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered
