This role will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and support technology and data-driven projects for merchandising operations. Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.* Create business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.* Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.* Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve business performance and decision-making.* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams. Required Qualifications* Bachelor''''''''s degree in Business or Supply Chain or Information Systems or a related field.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications* Some Business Analyst experience in merchandising, supply chain (preferably retail).* Some experience with retail planning, merchandising, inventory, or supply chain processes.* Experience working in multinational retail environments.* Familiarity with ERP, merchandising or supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions.* Agile project experience and knowledge of data analytics methodologies.
