NO compact license MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COVER THANKSGIVING Required certifications: BLS (AHA) ACLS - preferred Required skills & experience: PEG tube care/feedings, CVC/PICC/Midline usage and care, tracheostomy patients - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 12 hr shifts, 7p-730a - Weekend Requirement: Every other and to fill holes. - Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation and to fill holes. - Is there Call or a Standby requirement?: Not at this time but subject to change. - Requirements: Qualified MS nurses may float to ICU, MS nurses will float to Acute Rehab from time to time. - Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: Scrubs only. Any color. - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: Classroom orientation per facility policy and 2 shifts on the unit with a preceptor.
