As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain for the Signal Technology business unit, you will lead a high performing team responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, and material flow to support the successful delivery of mission critical products.In this leadership role, you’ll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality to optimize supply chain performance, improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure on-time delivery for our customers. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while leading continuous improvement initiatives across a complex manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities: Drive supply chain performance to meet or exceed key operational metrics, including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, material availability, MRP health, and inventory accuracyLead and develop a team of approximately 18 supply chain professionals across planning, purchasing, and material handlingIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks while developing strategies that support production schedules and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectivesOversee material planning and master data integrity, including BOMs, routings, and planning parameters, to ensure effective MRP/MPS executionLead inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory turns, reduce excess inventory, and support cash flow objectivesLead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) with monthly assessments of supply and demand constraint management plansManage departmental budgets, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and operational excellenceRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related fieldTypically requires 10+ years in supply chain experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing5+ years of leadership experience managing both direct and indirect reports in a matrixed organizationExperience leading supply chain planning and procurement functionsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and ManufacturingExperience leading supply chain through AS9100/ISO 9001 audits, to include facilitation with auditors on supply chain policies and processes.Experience leading structured operational reviews and driving execution through cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of MRP/MPS systems, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practicesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/MRP systems“This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance.
