Pre-Construction Manager: Cost Modeling & Bids

BrightView is seeking a Pre-Construction Services Manager in California to lead cost modeling, scheduling, and procurement across pre-development projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, collaborate with clients and vendors, and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables for bids and proposals.
