Job Title

RN (Registered Nurse) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Kearney, NE | Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage post-Cath Lab patients as part of routine unit assignments
• Float to Med Surg as needed
• Float to ICU for PCU patient status only as needed
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PCU/Telemetry experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for post-Cath Lab patients
• Comfort with floating between multiple units including Med Surg and ICU settings
