Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide safe and effective patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will utilize clinical expertise to monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions thoroughly using established nursing procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and health management.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status and changes in clinical condition.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current and valid state RN license.
• Hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate ventilator management experience preferred.
• Have EPIC EMR experience required.
• Be COVID vaccination/boosters preferred.
• Display strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
