Project Control Specialist

Experience: Cost with EPC Experience Supporting: Small Capital Projects The Project Controls Cost Specialist/Analyst will be responsible for providing cost engineering services for projects being managed within the Engineering Department. Projects are small capital projects. Provide project management with forward looking information identifying expected project performance and comparisons against performance targets. Project team member providing relevant input and analysis to project management to facilitate timely decision making. Ensure construction control estimates are aligned with the decision support package’s budget prior to commencing execution. Manage changes to the project budget. Coordinate continuous interface with Engineering, Maintenance, Accounting, and Project Team personnel.
