Overview

This role leads and coordinates our internal business and technology workstreams to support the successful implementation of a new grants platform on Salesforce technology. Partnering closely with a Salesforce senior project manager, the role ensures internal teams are aligned, dependencies are actively managed, and commitments are delivered on time across multiple concurrent workstreams.

You Will Have

• At least four years of project leadership experience, including 4,500 hours leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver enterprise platforms or systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach.
• Project management certification (PMI/CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2).
• Experience supporting international or globally distributed teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
