Hotel Night Auditor
Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering. Currently seeking part-time availability, Friday/Saturday nights preferred (11PM-7AM).

Responsibilities
- Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
- Processing both check-ins and check-outs
- Performance of night audit process to ensure balance of credit and debit charges
- Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed
- Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
- Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
- Maintain all areas of the front desk as well as property walks
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
