Charge Rn In Mental HealthRegions Hospital has a great opportunity to join our nursing team as a Charge RN in Mental Health to work with an incredible team of people who have a passion for caring for others!Northeast 5 serves patients 18 years and older and are experiencing an acute mental health illness of high acuity. In addition, patients may have medical/surgical conditions that are being treated and require intervention.At Regions, we believe that mental health is as important to overall well-being as physical health. We treat all mental illnesses in adults at our state-of-the-art facility which means we can provide comprehensive, personalized care for all our patient's needs, no matter how complex.Work Schedule: 0.80 Nights. Every other weekend rotation and some holidaysRequired Qualifications:•Degree in Nursing •Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota •CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providersPreferred Qualifications:•BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire •Two (2) years experience in area of specialty preferred at 0.8 FTE, or above (minimum of 3328 hours).•Mental Health RN experienceBenefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
