About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Process Transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global sales organization in this domain, with a focus on driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and scalable go-to-market strategies. This executive will play a pivotal role in the company's evolution, particularly in the context of the agentic enterprise, and must be adept at helping customers leverage AI, data, and automation to enhance and transform their business processes. The CRO will also be a key strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping the long-term growth strategy and ensuring the company's sustained market leadership. Applicants for the CRO position should have a minimum of 15 years' of enterprise sales leadership experience, with a strong background in AI transformation, process mining, and optimization, or emerging technology. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale, global revenue organizations and the ability to drive complex business transformation at scale. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in business process optimization, be a systematic builder with a consultative nature, and demonstrate exceptional organizational agility. Responsibilities include owning the revenue strategy, leading the sales motion evolution, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the organization. The CRO must also have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and be capable of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
