Position SummaryManage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracyEnsure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insuranceEnsure compliance with all company SOP and guidelinesUpdate and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOPResponsible for payroll and benefitsMaintains confidential employment recordsDevelop and execute employee events.
