Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near Pflugerville, TX, serving a diverse caseload of preK through 8th-grade students in a supportive school environment. This position is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children unlock their full communication potential.

As a key member of a collaborative team, you will work with a caseload of 30-50 students, providing bilingual (Spanish and English) speech therapy, leading evaluations, and actively participating in ARDs. Your expertise and compassionate care will make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year, from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027. This full-time role is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

What we're looking for:

• Active Texas SLP License
• Certification in SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY
• Experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to deliver speech therapy in both English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of ARD processes and conducting thorough evaluations
• Ability to manage a varied caseload of preK-8th grade students with diverse needs

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in both Spanish and English
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop targeted, individualized plans
• Participate in ARDs and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
