This is a paid 10-week internship. CFS is located in Mount Laurel, NJ and will relocate to Burlington, NJ during summer 2026. Responsibilities Process daily requests for waiving/adding receivables Process daily asset sale forms Process Salesforce queue for pending waive requests Record misdirected funds from sister/parent companies via Sub Ledger Research/Resolve unallocated cash; apply or refund as customer intends Research/Resolve negative receivables Invoicing project cleanup for Bill To parameters Create and deliver final payoff invoices to customers Perform cumulative invoicing testing when needed Invoicing field updates as needed Process one-time customer payments daily Email requests as needed About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring An enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree aligned with the department of interest. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive). Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player and also work independently with confidence. Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of sales, marketing, and finance activities. Anticipated hourly rate: $20.00 Workstyle Description Hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with optional in-office days on the remaining days.
