Standard Electric Supply, part of Sonepar, is seeking an HR Business Partner in Warren, MI to support managers, associates, and the HR team. The role focuses on Sonepeople systems, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements across payroll, core HR, performance, and talent planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR (or equivalent experience), knowledge of payroll concepts, and strong communication skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
