SAP Aerospace & Defense Enterprise Architect

Your role
• SAP Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the aerospace and defense industry.
• Ability to Deliver sophisticated projects. Lead and assist customer and Sales Operations Text
• Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.


• Client Relationships:


Building credibility and gain "trusted advisor " status with key clients, project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of the engagement.


• Delivery Excellence:


Champion for delivery Activate methodology and supporting toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, DAN, etc.). Will be a recognized leader amongst peers in knowledge and execution excellence - consistently setting the bar for excellence in delivery.
• Proactively working with regional and global capability management to ensure delivery capabilities are aligned to market demand in both established a new area of expertise.
• Expertise knowledge in core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop.
• Ability to develop and present innovative implementation strategies.
• Ability to deliver a compelling presentation to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.
• Identifying areas for improvement within existing SAP landscapes, suggesting process enhancements and new technologies.


• Collaborating with Stakeholders:


Working closely with business users, functional experts, and technology leaders to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation.


• Leading and Mentoring:


Providing guidance to junior team members and contributing to the overall success of SAP projects.


• Solution Architecture:


Ability to design and implement complex SAP solutions, including understanding of integration points and best practices.


• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:


Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• For Defense projects an understanding of the US Government Ticketed systems


Required Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry (MRO/ Supply Chain Distribution), including SAP S/4 and industry specific
• 12 years professional experience with experience with S4
• S/4HANA Greenfield/ Brownfield implementation experience
• Delivery Excellence: Ability to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects.
• Ability to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across multiple lines of business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects.
• Facilitate integration between Bedrock and applications
• Manage the overall manufacturing solution (MM/Demand and Supply (MRP)/PLM-ERP/ERP-MOM/EWM/QM/STM/GTS/E&HS) and its integration to other Value Streams and Cross Bedrock (PLM & MOM) applications in the classified area
• Understanding of the Final Assembly process with Parameter Effectivity
• Project Manufacturing (A&D Production Planning) experience
• Minimum one full cycle SAP implementation
• Experience with GPD/PMMO
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with modules such as PS, PP, SD, WM and FI/CO
