This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.As a Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to the appropriate agencies.Reporting to:Processing SupervisorsResponsibilitiesProcess client data and documentation with a high level of accuracyReview submissions for errors, missing information, and inconsistenciesEnsure all filings are completed correctly and submitted to federal and state agenciesCommunicate with clients to resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the processManage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate with team members while maintaining strong individual performanceIdentify and troubleshoot processing issues proactivelyCommunicate with state and Federal entitiesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of customer service, data entry, or processing experience1+ year of IFTA / IRP experience (required)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized under pressureStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Typing speed of 50+ WPMPreferred QualificationsExperience in high-volume processing or administrative rolesFamiliarity with compliance, permits, or regulatory environmentsBilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc.)Data entry experience preferredPay Benefits and Tools $22 / per hourPaid lunch break + complimentary lunches Modern office environmentRelaxing break room with movie theatre setup Health benefits (medical, dental and vision) post 90 daysPTO, Vacation, Sick time and 8 paid holidaysCompany outings and activities Perks:Our office offers a modern setup and lots of perks such as great coffee and espresso, daily bakery-style breakfast goods, paid lunchtime and lunch incentive.
