Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Illinois License required
• Bachelor's Degree required

Assignment Details

• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Clinton, Marion, Washington, Jefferson, and Hamilton counties
