Position: Physical Therapist
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shifts: Days
Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate physical therapy provider
- Comfortable working in the SNF setting
- Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current TB test/results
- Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
- Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
