As a full-time P&C Licensed Underwriting Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound customer calls to address inquiries, assist with purchasing and retaining insurance products, and ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and resolve product-related questions Document account information and provide tailored solutions that benefit both the customer and the company Identify sales opportunities during calls to promote company programs and achieve performance metrics Required qualifications Active P&C license Experience with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel A minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience Availability to work Monday-Wednesday starting at 7:00 AM PST and Thursday-Friday starting at 6:30 AM PST A college degree is preferred
