Housekeeping House Attendant

Sensei Lāna'i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of Sensei Wellness spaces, guest corridors, public areas, elevators, stairwells, and service spaces through regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Refresh guest rooms and lanais/balconies with clean amenities and supplies, ensuring spaces are neat and guest-ready
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly, including additional room amenities and equipment (e.g., irons, cribs, rollaways)
• Stock and replenish linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, supplies, and amenities; transport clean linen to guest floors
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and transport to designated areas
• Assist housekeeping team with room preparation tasks, including moving furniture, stripping beds, and handling linens and drapery

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
