Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

• Work day shifts Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or alternating hours 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Schedule includes 4 or 5 ten-hour shifts per week
• 48 hours guaranteed per week
• On-call responsibilities: 2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
• Rapid response position requiring neurointerventional experience
• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital IR Tech experience required
• ARRT RT (R) and BLS certifications required
• Experience with neurointerventional procedures including strokes, aneurysms, and SAH preferred
• Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance
• Work with 4 Siemens Bi-plane units and 1 Siemens Single plane
• Utilize Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Work in 5 interventional radiology suites
• Patient ratio includes 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN
• Handle Level 1 trauma center procedures and comprehensive stroke center cases
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced interventional lab environment
• Strong teamwork skills required

The facility houses 5 interventional radiology suites equipped with advanced Siemens imaging technology and provides specialized care for complex neurological and vascular procedures. The organization maintains high standards for emergency and interventional care, serving patients with critical conditions including strokes, aneurysms, trauma-related injuries, and various interventional procedures.
