Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking for a hands-on machine operation opportunity? We are seeking a Fill Operator with at least one year of manufacturing experience to operate a powder fill machine and produce quality products. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 30 days, with the possibility of an extension or temp-to-hire conversion. Candidates should have machine operation and manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a dusty production environment while following required safety procedures.

Fill Operator Duties:

• Prepare and operate fill line equipment to produce powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Monitor fill weights and product quality while following manufacturing records and production quality procedures.
• Complete work order documentation, including component counts, production times, final quantities, lot numbers, and skid tags.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in production, quality, maintenance, and inventory activities.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - OT

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Fill Operator Requirements:

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Machine operation and manufacturing experience required; candidates with only pick/pack experience are not qualified.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Willingness to wear a respirator, safety goggles, arm sleeves, and hair net for the entire shift.
• Candidates with facial hair must be willing to shave as required for respirator fit testing.

Work Environment:

• Primarily a dusty production environment due to operation of a powder fill machine.
• Required personal protective equipment must be worn for the entire shift.

Assignment Status:

Temporary assignment for approximately 30 days, with the possibility of an extension or temp-to-hire conversion. Candidates will begin on a temporary basis so the company can evaluate overall fit and determine whether a long-term opportunity is appropriate.
