Job Location: North Olmsted, OH Job Type: Full Time Job Pay: Hourly pay plus commission and renewal bonus opportunities. Job Contract: No Responsibilities and Duties Painting vacant and occupied apartment units, Painting common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and lobbies Dry wall repair and patchwork Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible to accept work assignments to different work locations daily. Must be able to easily adjust to different work settings, and interact with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Must possess valid drivers' license and reliable means of transportation for local travel.
