Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapies to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
  
  
• 
  Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and response.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on techniques and exercises to promote recovery.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal issued licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  
  
• 
  Current CPR/BLS certification.
