The Radiation Therapist will work collaboratively in a clinical setting, providing treatment to patients using advanced technology.Key Responsibilities\n \n Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the guidance of a physician.\n Utilize Varian treatment systems, including Varian TrueBeam, VisionRT, and Aria EMR, to ensure precise and effective care.\n Monitor patient conditions and manage treatment plans to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.\n Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.\n Qualifications\n \n Active Virginia State License as a Radiation Therapist (RT) required at the time of submission.\n Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is mandatory.\n A minimum of 2 years of experience using Varian treatment systems.\n Shift Requirements\n The typical work hours for this role are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.\n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #37976247.
