About The Job A growing demolition company is seeking an organized and outgoing Demolition Demolition Estimator About The Job A growing demolition company is seeking an organized and outgoing Demolition Demolition Estimator Candidates without direct demolition estimating experience may still be considered if they are self-motivated and eager to learn. Position Details Full-time role Compensation based on experience Work setting: Onsite Key Responsibilities Analyze drawings and specifications for potential projects Perform quantity takeoffs using onscreen takeoff software Prepare bid estimates and proposals for demolition projects Ensure estimates comply with standard practices, including prevailing wage and special pay rates Collaborate with internal estimators throughout the bidding process Communicate awarded project details to project managers Perform additional duties as required Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience with onscreen takeoff software Education & Experience High School Diploma required 3-5 years of demolition or commercial construction estimating experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
