Learning Support Administrator

Description

The Learning Support Coordinator provides wide-ranging technical and operational support to ACA’s  IT Learning team . This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with and the ability to comfortably juggle changing and competing priorities will be a key success factor. As a member of the IT Learning team, this role primarily supports training operations and delivery. Essential Functions:

• Coordinate training logistics and scheduling of training sessions/meetings
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adjusting as needed to meet business needs
• Prepare training materials and training rooms for instructor-led sessions
• Maintain training calendar and records
• Communicate training schedules to associates and track attendance
• Coordinate logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
• Support relationships with external training suppliers
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Provide in-session support for forums, roundtables, and other training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred / High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1+ year of experience related to the essential functions specified
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• High level of professionalism based on integrity and humility
• High level of interpersonal skills that develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with a diverse population, and maintain them over time
• Excellent customer service skills

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business. Travel Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
