Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient documentation and EMR systems.
