A successful candidate will have:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist certificate
• Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Previous experience in elementary settings preferred
• Ability to efficiently manage a rotating schedule across multiple districts
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting diverse student needs

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing assessments and evaluations for students as required
• Delivering individual and group counseling services
• Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective strategies for supporting students
• Assisting with the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans
• Providing crisis intervention and participating in student support teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports, meeting all state and district compliance requirements
