We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Oil City Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) as needed
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
