As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
• Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
• Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and local residency
• Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing and professional personality

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential , where your income is directly tied to your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, driven, and looking for flexibility with high earning potential.
