Marketing Systems Specialist

The Marketing Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the digital marketing infrastructure across seven subsidiary companies. This role supports website management, Google Ads administration, online directory maintenance, lead tracking, and marketing technology systems to ensure accurate information, consistent branding, and effective lead generation. Key Responsibilities Website Administration Maintain and update content across seven company websites. Create and modify service pages, landing pages, and blog content. Ensure website information remains accurate, current, and aligned with company branding. Monitor website performance and coordinate technical updates when needed. Digital Advertising Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance. Conduct keyword research and assist with ad creation and testing. Track conversions and recommend improvements to increase lead generation. Business Listings & Online Presence Maintain Google Business Profiles and online directory listings. Ensure company information is accurate across all platforms. Monitor reviews and report customer feedback trends. Support local SEO initiatives to improve online visibility. Marketing Systems & Reporting Manage marketing-related platforms, tools, and integrations. Monitor lead flow and ensure leads are routed properly. Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems. Generate monthly reports on website traffic, advertising performance, and lead generation metrics. Marketing Support Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation. Support content updates and promotional campaigns. Coordinate marketing projects across multiple brands. Help identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience with website content management systems (WordPress preferred). Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profiles. Understanding of SEO, local search, and lead generation strategies. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across several brands simultaneously. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred. Success Metrics Accurate and up-to-date websites across all subsidiary brands.
