Appointment Setter Turn Conversations Into Opportunities — and Build Your Sales Career! Location: Clearwater, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | In-Office Compensation : $20.00–$25.00 per hour + Commission (( Potentially it could be 65K-70K/year) Compass Registered Agent, one of Tom Cummins’ companies, is an international Corporate Service Provider helping entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses establish companies and maintain ongoing corporate compliance. We work with clients around the world, providing entity formation, registered agent services, annual compliance, and corporate support. Compass Registered Agent helps entrepreneurs choose and set up the right business entity and provides legal and corporate services to help them get their business started correctly. Your job is to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and connect interested business owners with our team. Role Overview We are looking for a confident, motivated Appointment Setter who enjoys talking with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.Your main goal is simple: connect with prospective clients, identify potential interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll receive hands-on training, learn our services and sales process, and have the opportunity to grow into a larger sales role based on your performance.
What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services.
• Connect with new prospects through phone, email, and other outreach.
• Ask the right questions to identify needs and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and develop your communication and sales skills.

• Enjoy talking with people and are comfortable making outbound calls.
• Are confident starting conversations with new people.

• $20–$25 per hour + commission. ( Potentially it could be 65K-70K/year)
• Weekly pay every Friday.
• Monday–Friday schedule — 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
